All shipping rates include packaging & handling cost and credit card fees. Additional import taxes for non-EU countries are not included and will have to be paid by the buyer himself.  All orders from foreign countries from the EU will be shipped registered with HERMES Logistics, all non-EU countries with German Post.

Usually, your orders will be shipped if all items are available. Items that are currently "sold out", will be re-ordered for you still the same day. In this case delivery can take up to four weeks depending on availability and wholesaler. As soon as you order has been completed it will we sent out and you will be notified via email. Part delivery is only possible on request and will cause additional shipping costs for each parcel. Please drop an e-mail to webshop@grooveattackrecordstore.com  if you desire part delivery.

The delivery time depends on your destination and the kind of shipping you prefer. Within the EU a HERMES parcel regularly takes about 5-7 working days. For non-EU countries the delivery times takes about 10-14 days, for over sea countries about 2-4 weeks. Please note that we cannot take any guarantees on delivery times because this is subject to the forwarder. Express Service/Air Mail can be offered on request. In this case, please contact us for information on the individual rates to your country.

In case that an item on order is contemporarily not available (due to repress) or has entirely been deleted, you will get an email notification about four weeks after you have placed your order. Please consider that most records nowadays are pressed in very limited quantities and therefore can be "sold out" shortly after release.
